Mr.
Westcott combines the skills of a professional planner with those
of a field biologist and natural resource specialist. He has over
30 years of experience as a project manager, planner, and environmental
scientist. He has managed projects in a wide range of disciplines
and locations throughout the United States and U.S. Territories.
He has managed on-call contracts for the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department
of the Interior and General Services Administration. |
