& Associates will perform an on-site review to identify
the presence and extent of regulated wetlands as well as
to identify environmental and regulatory constraints. This
process may include wetland mapping. |

DELINEATION |
Mason
& Associates will determine and define the jurisdictional
extent of local, state, and/or federal regulated wetlands,
based on a review of vegetation, soils, and evidence of
wetland hydrology in accordance with prescribed methods.
This process may include the preparation of delineation
field data forms. Wetland delineation is also known as wetland
flagging. |

PERMITTING |
Mason
& Associates will prepare wetland-related permit applications
in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions set
by local, state, and federal law. This process may include
feasibility analysis, strategic development, project assessment,
mitigation, agency coordination, and pre-application consultation. |

WETLAND
MONITORING |
Mason
& Associates will provide wetland monitoring services,
which may include permit compliance, construction monitoring,
erosion and sedimentation control monitoring, and wetland
mitigation monitoring. |
